Saturday, February 2, 2013, 12:00–2:30pm – “Valentine’s Day Sweets”
I’ll be sharing a few of my gluten-free, allergy-friendly recipes featuring something chocolate and something pink – perfect for the year’s sweetest day of the year! Chocolate Silk Pie, Poached Quince, “Old World” Hot Chocolate… using some surprising alternatives to gluten flours, dairy, egg, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and corn!

Saturday, March 2, 2013, 12:00–2:30pm – “Italian Favorites”
Spring…will it ever arrive? Join me as we make my favorite ragu’ perfectly paired with soba noodles, homemade gnocchi just like my mother-in-law’s in Italy and a hearty Tuscan bean soup to finish off those winter greens. But there’s a twist – no gluten, dairy, egg, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, or corn in these recipes!

Saturday, April 13, 2013, 12:00–2:30pm – “Breakfast Treats”
No more gluten, no more dairy and what’s left for breakfast? Fret not! I have some recipes that will make you smile when the alarm goes off in the morning! This class will offer variations on traditional bakery items without the use of gluten, dairy, egg, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, or corn.

Saturday, May 18, 2013, 12:00–2:30pm – “Small Bites”
Use these as appetizers or as snacks…and when you can’t stop eating them, you can call them a meal! I’ve gathered quite a collection from my travels abroad and can’t wait to share a few of them with you! All free from gluten, dairy, egg, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and corn!

Each class is $75.00. Register and pre-pay all four classes for $260.
